Pocket filters
DFT
DFT filters have been studied and carried out in glass fibre with seams that allows for optimal air flow through the filter. There is a greater collect dust and a smaller initial pressure drop, so a good out put of the filter. DFT can be manufactured also in synthetic fibres. Efficiencies, for pocket filters in glass fibre, are 60¸65% (F6) 80¸85% (F7) 90¸95% (F8) colorimetric according to EN779. Arrestances, for pocket filters in synthetic fibre, are: 30¸35 (G4) secondo normativa EN779.
Rigid pocket filters
DFT/DIE
DFT/DIE filters exploit the principle of finely folded filter media with thermoplastic separators. Pocket frame is made in plastic material, so DFT/DIE are more sturdy and can be reduced to ashes without dangerous gases. DFT/DIE are suitable to work in condition of variable air flow, frequent stops of ventilator and high resistance to humidity. Efficiencies: 60 ¸65% (F6) 80¸85% (F7) 90¸95% (F8) colorimetric according to EN779.
