Absolute filters
PRO
PRO filters have to be used where a complete control of submicro particles is necessary. The filter media is made of glass microfibre paper deeply folded with pleated aluminium separators. Efficiencies go from 99,99% (E12 ) to 99,999% (H14) on particles of 0.3 mm according to EN 1822 (rough draft).
Polidihedral filters
POL
Today, POL filters offer the best intercourse between filtering surface and volume, in this way they assure high filtration volume with low pressure drop. POL are manufactured using small folds technique and they have the same dimensions of deeply folded filters. Filter media, made in glass microfibre paper with spacing threads, is placed in dihedral position into the frame. Efficiencies 95% (E11) and 99,99% (E12) on particles of 0.3 mm according to EN 1822 (rough draft).
Dihedral filters
DIE
DIE filters have a dihedric shape and they offer two filtering sides. Their modularity allows the construction of filtering systems. Also for DIE, filter media is made in glass microfibre paper with finely folded and spacing threads. Efficiency goes from 90% colorimetric (F8 according to EN 779) e 99,99% on particles of 0.3 mm (E12 according to EN 1822 - rough draft).
